Every Spring my body asks for it and thats why I can't wait to share it with you. 🌱 Ayurveda explains that there’s heaviness that builds over winter. Our tissues are nourished and rebuilt in the winter. This is a positive thing because Winter is the time for deep nourishment. But come Spring time we can sometimes feel a little extra sluggishness or a craving for clarity. When I cleanse, it feels like I’m peeling back a layer. Food tastes more delicious. My mind feels clearer. I feel like me again. I see it happen for participants too. Around day 7, their skin glows, their eyes brighten, and there’s this unmistakable sparkle. One woman told me, “I felt clearer than I had in years, my friends kept asking what I was doing because I looked so fresh.” This is why I run the cleanse each Spring. The classical Ayurvedic texts tell us: “As the seasons shift, so must our routines” (Charaka Samhita, Sutrasthana). It’s not a fad or a restriction. It’s a gentle ritual that helps us stay in tune with nature. ✨ We tend to get used to our current state and only remember how good we can feel once we have a clear out. Cleansing body and mind means more clarity in our direction in life, more energy for our families, less brain fog and distractions. This year, I’d love to guide you through the 10-Day Ayurzen Spring Cleanse and help you feel that same renewal. "The new foods I learnt to make were nourishing and filling. I was less hungry and I still lost weight! Can’t wait to do it again!"
Have you done an Ayurvedic home cleanse? I'd love to hear about it! With warmth, Ayurzen | Come home to yourself. |
